Maybe the noise wasn't just to cover up the pee sounds, maybe it was to make a person *want* to pee. It would have been really cool, though, if it also dispensed air freshener!
Every public restroom needs to be equiped with one. Then no mother has to suffer the humiliation of their three year old, (and each one does it), loudly giving a play-by-play of your bodily function time in the stall.
