While in New Orleans Emily, Anna and I took a tour of a "gen-u-ine authentic Loueysiaaanna bayou" and found, well, a lot of bugs. And by bugs I mean mostly just mosquitoes, and, like I said, lots (and lots and lots) of them.
As some of you may know, mosquitoes have been waging war against me for 32+ years and so I felt extremely vindicated in my decision to abandon fashion for safety when I recently saw this picture and noted one very persistent and large (so large that it has a shadow) hanger-oner on my head:
