In 40 More Years

Anna and I sat in the lobby of the Hilton Addis.

I think it looks pretty much the same as it did in the 1970s when Daddy, Mom (Granny), Mom, Alan, Emer Dean visited to grab pastries at the coffee shop and swim in the pool.

We wondered what Daddy and Mom would say if they knew we were here now.

And wondered what we'll say when our grandchildren find themselves here in another 40 years.
